the suite was amazing. luxurious amenities included a huge bath and a comfy bed. the location was perfect. the pool was very inviting. staff members were warm and professional, also friendly. they always were really nice. the landscape was perfectly maintained. gardens were wonderful too.
i found the towels smelling like sewer on a couple of occasions, this happened twice. the pillows also smelled like sewer, this happened once. when i first raised it with reception, they tried to deny it without even trying to check.

the shared pool included a jacuzzi area. the hotel offered a spa. the spa services included massages. i saw a well maintained landscape.

My biggest issue was a problem with the room card. It failed late at night, and the staff acted like it was my mistake. I felt pretty exhausted and was looking forward to resting. The staff said I should go to the restaurant.

The hotel's location was amazing. It was in the center of shops and restaurants, also near a monkey sanctuary. Breakfast was good, and the hotel provided us with breakfast boxes for early mornings. The pool was beautiful and I received a welcome drink and a 15-minute massage included with my stay.
I experienced the towels and pillows smelling like sewer a couple of times. The staff tried to deny it without checking when I first reported this issue. One night, my card key stopped working after a long day. The staff initially blamed us and the card key reader had run out of battery.

EVERYTHING was AMAZING. The staff helped arrange day tours. Their service was superb. I enjoyed the fresh, cooked-to-order breakfast. The room was HUGE and super clean, a true sanctuary after a long day. Monkeys added a touch of unique charm. They mostly kept to themselves though.
There were a few monkeys on the balcony! but they were just curious. It caused a minor inconvenience.
