Mixed Feelings About My Stay
faulty card poor service
My biggest issue was a problem with the room card. It failed late at night, and the staff acted like it was my mistake. I felt pretty exhausted and was looking forward to resting. The staff said I should go to the restaurant.

great service friendly staff amazing dinner convenient location
The treatment was great. I received a+ service from airport pickup to drop-off. staff at the front desk and the spa employees were friendly and efficient. the restaurant had amazing breakfast and dinner. the location is very quiet, yet within walking distance to the center.

The hotel has a serene hotel. Playful monkeys visit it occasionally. the proximity to the monkey forest is very exciting and adds to the overall experience. well kept landscapes and gardens contribute to a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location was amazing. It was in the center of shops and restaurants, also near a monkey sanctuary. Breakfast was good, and the hotel provided us with breakfast boxes for early mornings. The pool was beautiful and I received a welcome drink and a 15-minute massage included with my stay.
I experienced the towels and pillows smelling like sewer a couple of times. The staff tried to deny it without checking when I first reported this issue. One night, my card key stopped working after a long day. The staff initially blamed us and the card key reader had run out of battery.

Absolutely WONDERFUL stay
day tours fresh breakfast huge room unique charm
EVERYTHING was AMAZING. The staff helped arrange day tours. Their service was superb. I enjoyed the fresh, cooked-to-order breakfast. The room was HUGE and super clean, a true sanctuary after a long day. Monkeys added a touch of unique charm. They mostly kept to themselves though.
There were a few monkeys on the balcony! but they were just curious. It caused a minor inconvenience.

The grounds provided a large, restful place, a quiet contrast to the bustling center just outside the gates. It created a relaxing atmosphere . The grounds WERE well-kept.

the villas boast private pools. this created a secluded retreat. the rooms proved clean and very spacious. staff were pleasant.
I found the breakfast very average. Options were limited. i maybe just chose the wrong dishes. it wasn't a buffet
